Having worked in a pharmacy, Barend developed a profound understanding of medicine and its impact on overall well-being. His personal fitness journey, during which he lost 20kg, further fueled his dedication to helping others achieve their health goals.
After sustaining an injury during his fitness journey, Barend was inspired to expand his expertise and became a qualified Personal Fitness Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. This unique combination of skills and experiences enables him to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on both physical fitness and therapeutic massage.
